The autumn meeting runs on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at CapaSystems in Taastrup, and the theme is automation.
The day circles one question: which work can systems take over, and what actually holds up in production today? Four talks approach it from different directions — a customer who has completed a migration, a consultant putting AI to work in daily operations, a read on what IT teams ask for right now, and the product roadmap.
From CapaInstaller to CapaOne, Seen from the Customer Side
Kim Byrresen, sysadmin at Vordingborg Køkkenet, has taken that route and describes it openly — particularly how the packages came across, and what his team automated along the way. He handles the work himself day to day, so you can ask him directly during the break.
That kind of account is hard to get from a datasheet. Migrations rarely fail on the technology; they stall on the details nobody wrote down. Kim talks about both.

Practical Details for CapaSystems User Group
The day starts at 10:00 and ends at 15:00 at CapaSystems, Roskildevej 342C, 2630 Taastrup. Lunch is part of the day, and so is time to talk shop between the talks. Attendance costs nothing.
The meeting welcomes all CapaSystems customers, whether or not you belong to the user group. We hold a limited number of seats and allocate them first come, first served. The day runs in Danish, and so do the talks, the questions, and the conversations during the breaks.
