Kim Byrresen works as a sysadmin at Vordingborg Køkkenet. He has moved his estate from CapaInstaller to CapaOne, and he walks through what that took — above all what happened to the existing application packages, and which steps his team automated on the way across.
Technology is rarely what stops a migration. The package that depended on a local path stops it, or the prerequisite check that only mattered on one hardware model, or the one application that refused to behave until the rollout had already slipped a week. Kim does that work himself. Nothing sits between you and the person who solved it.

What to Know Before CapaSystems User Group
Wednesday 21 October 2026, 10:00 to 15:00, at CapaSystems, Roskildevej 342C, 2630 Taastrup. Lunch comes with the day, and so does time between the talks to compare notes with people who run the same problems you do. Attendance costs nothing.
Membership is not a requirement — every CapaSystems customer can join. Seats go to whoever registers first, and we run the day in Danish.
